Data Deletion
How to delete your SeaOpen account and the data we hold about you, including data that came from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google.

1. Ask us to delete your data
Send an email to legal@seaopen.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address of your account (or include the phone number or business name we know you by).
We confirm the request, delete your account, your business information, your connected-account keys and the messages and task records Captain kept, and reply within 30 days with confirmation.
2. Disconnect a platform
You can also disconnect a single platform without closing your account: remove SeaOpen's access from the platform itself (for example Facebook Settings › Business Integrations, or your Google Account › Third-party access). We then stop using that connection and delete its keys.
3. What we keep
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, even after deletion. Nothing else is kept.
